Refunds and Product Returns

Our refund policy and product guarantees are different for each product or service we offer. You can find the refund policy or product guarantees on the sales page for each product. If you wish to get a refund for a product or service, you must be in that product guarantee. All products must be returned before the product guarantee is expired. The product must be returned with tracking and delivery confirmation incase it gets lost in transit. We are not responsible for returned products that are lost in transit to our facilities. Refunds can take 2-3 weeks to process.

It is the customers responsibility to notify us of non-delivery issues within 30 days from purchase. Customers who fail to notify us after the 30 days will only receive replacement products and no refunds will be issued.

You may return any of our products as long as you are within the written product guarantee. Products returned outside of the guarantee or those that do not qualify within the terms of the purchase agreement, will not be refunded. Each of our product guarantees vary, please see individual offers for complete details.

To return a product, first check the guarantee to ensure that the package will qualify. Also ensure that you purchased the product from us directly as we have several partners that we work with, when in doubt, check your credit card statement, if purchased from us, it will show "Encore Products". All returns must be sent with tracking or delivery confirmation incase it gets lost in transit and for your records. Please include your full contact details within the package.
